We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). Occasionally, during busy periods, a small number of orders may be dispatched outside of this time frame. How soon you receive your order is then dependent on the shipping option that you choose at checkout. Unless specified, all orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail standard delivery. If you would like to have a tracking number for your parcel, please select a "signed for" delivery method. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel upon delivery.
Please note that for 'signed for' parcels to business addresses, the delivery company will only send it to the location and not the person.
How do I return an item?
We hope you will be delighted with our products, but in the rare occasion that you are unhappy, you can return them to us in their original packaging and labeling within 7 days from the date an order is received. Please ensure that reasonable care is taken and that no labels or packaging are removed when the items are due for return.
If you would like to return an item, please return your item with the barcode/label/detail still attached to the packaging. Alternatively, you could write the number down and attach it together with your item. We will not reimburse postage in the event that the reason for return is due to a change of mind, wrong colour, or wrong size. Please contact us before returning your item.
Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you send them back to us by recorded delivery. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your refund to be acknowledged and processed.
Our delivery within the UK includes England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland. Please note that we do not offer deliveries to Channel Islands or internationally at this time. Alternatively, if there are products which you would like sent internationally, please do not hesitate to get in touch as we may be able to work something out.
